Authoritative postcode audit
All 23 test postcodes are re-read from Postcodes.io and compared with current, unsimplified official boundary files. The audit also checks the recorded scope on supplier-owned restriction and lifting notices. Welsh Water’s published lifting notice supersedes its retired property checker. Changed geometry, missing wording, expired evidence or an unreachable source is reported rather than treated as a pass.
